I think this is my favorite so far. She gave a clear, reasoned, explination of how jurisdiction works between the supreme, state, and city courts. Of course sovcits will only 'comprehend' what they want to hear, no different from a child asking an unending stream of why.

It’s a strategy. Like in the Brooks trial, the judge was often criticized for giving him a little latitude. But it’s for the inevitable appeal; he can’t claim he didn’t get a fair shake in court. It makes it a lot harder to convince the appellate court of that argument.
