I wonder if the sovereign citizens would feel comfortable getting on an airplane flown by somebody who says they don't need a valid pilot's license because they're not "piloting" the plane, they're "traveling".
Their line would be, “The pilot is getting paid, so license is needed for commercial travel”. Still a load of garbage, but using their “logic”, warped as it is, that is how they would differentiate a pilot:
He is pathetic. Begging like a little boy after wasting the 6 officers' time and acting like the laws don't apply to him. Grow up! If you have your hands on the wheel and your feet on the pedals, that is called "driving".
He can call it 'traveling' but he still needs the correct 'papers' to do it 'legally' and it's something we all have to get or pay the consequences that are more costly than if he were legal on the road. Cops get paid to make us get legal and 'nobody' wants to be 'forced' to pay more to get legal than if we did it voluntarily when required.
@@please-explain It did not work. She "amended" his sentence from 3 counts at 30 days each, to be served concurrently, to just 30 days. In other words, she "amended" it from 30 days to 30 days.
Another example of stick it to the man syndrome! Get over with what you can, and claim ignorance, or say that you're sorry in the end, and it will all blow over, and you will (hopefully) get off scott free. Not this time!
@@johnbusgos9000 Correct! Non-citizens must also comply with our laws, just as we must comply with the laws of other countries when we visit or move there. The only exceptions are individuals who've been granted diplomatic immunity BY OUR STATE DEPARTMENT.
@@buck9668 It's simply common sense. You could also say it like this: Everyone is equal before the law. In Italian courts, they actually have that (La legge è uguale per tutti) in all court rooms.
I am old now. I remember when the Internet first gained popularity. I thought “this is going to make everybody so much smarter.” It has done exactly the opposite.
I'm smarter and so are many people who want to learn new things. It's better for me to learn by watching DOCumentaries about HIStory as that's one subject teachers would put me to sleep listening to and once as a child, i could see that the map of the world was was once one land mass surrounded by "water" and we learned about the 'water tables' under jerUSAlem as we got older and i learned that the human body is roughly 60-70% and humans have roughly 98% monKEY GENETICS and why monkeys are the best lab animals to experiment on so humans can BENEfit and gOVERnMEnt$ CAIN abUSE against IT$ enemies
@robbarnes9047 i thought the same thing..like people could take college courses online or study a trade..it did not occur to me so many people would want to study nonsense or watch TikTok 16 hours a day instead of improving themselves... maybe it is because my parents could not afford to send me to college... i have had to work extra hard to prove myself since i do not have a degree..I was in the IT field for 30 years( i worked in IT for 10 of the largest corporations in the world) before starting my own IT Consulting company which i have had for the last 20 years..now my reputation precedes me (with Fortune 500 companies) and no longer need to prove anything...
I have NEVER heard a judge address one of these clowns/cases more efficiently, appropriately, and directly. This video should be used for training judges nationwide in dealing with this nonsense with these idiots. Bravo, Judge!!!
Her bragging about legislation and lecturing the state's police while giving a backhanded compliment to the officers in this case was anything but efficient, appropriate, nor direct. If she hadn't done that, I'd agree.
@@FattyMateo For a moment I thought I wasn't even watching the same video as these other commenters. Both the judge and the sovcit seem to be reading from the same invisible-ink piece of paper, judging by how slow and stuttering it was.
Oh, well if I guess if you don't recognize my authority, I'll just dismiss the case. Glad you brought that up or you would have ended up doing 30 days in jail!
I love that this Judge just stood her ground, she didn’t let this idiot get away with anything! Great JOB JUDGE!! The wife didn’t sound too concerned she’s like I need my car key, so obviously he drove there!
Bet she doesn't have a license either. I have seen judges have the clerk check the video on the court house. If they get busted driving, they add a charge or arrest them again and tow the car.
This judge is a pushover! Talk all her crap then turn around and let this idi_ts fake tears convince her to only give him 30 days instead of 90! When he deserved at least a year!!!
He tied up 6 officers and could have killed or injured someone, listening to that sovereign citizen mess. Do not pass "Go", do not collect $200, go directly to jail. Still asking "What crime did I do?" 😡
The constant repetition of "What did I do?" is both baffling and infuriating. Because it means after being surrounded by 6 cops, arrested, booked, given a court date, going through this court process, hearing the state's prosecutor line out the case against him, and hearing the judge convict him with very clear language.... And he did not actually *listen* to a word of it. His mind was in a completely different place where he was filtering out every single clue that maybe, just maybe, he was in the wrong. Through *all* of that. For several weeks or months, his head was up his ass. And it stayed there. Even after the conviction and having things explained during the sentencing, he still didn't actively listen.
they actually do understand everything that’s going on around them: the charges, the court procedures, everything. They do this (claiming not understand) to frustrate the court- that’s the sole purpose.
@@dg4804 I agree that lots of the time, that's the case. But not in this situation. This really feels like an unsmart guy got suckered into the sov cit mindset, and instead of learning from mistakes, he just kept doubling down and living in fantasy land.
Some guy on the internet sold him an idea and an information packet and he took that as gospel. I am not even sure 30 days will teach him that he got scammed by an internet stranger.
yeah. i think essentially what he didn't know is exactly _how_ seriously this would be taken. something a _lot_ of people, sovcit or otherwise, tend to miscalculate is the amount of weight carried by the word "knowingly." they think that going, "well, i sincerely believed i _wasn't_ breaking the law" will either get them off or at least be a mitigating factor. and it is, to a point. there's a difference between walking on private property because you didn't see the sign and sneaking onto private property on purpose. but if i get on that private property and break another law or create a nuisance beyond simply being there, that distinction matters less. "i didn't know i needed a license for personal travel" is one thing. you're wrong and you get fined about it. but "i didn't know i needed a license for personal travel, and so i refused to cooperate and had to be taken to court by six cops" is different. sovcits also see the government as operating this way regardless of their personal involvement, so they're eternally shocked when they get to court and find that lots of money is being spent specifically on them and their legal arguments, and people are annoyed at them about it lol. so yes, i think he's a little dumb and _willfully_ ignorant, and he's playing this game anyway because he's completely failed to consider how his actions affect people around him.
Thinking that you deserve the benefits that America offers without any of the responsibility is disgusting. These people need to all get these kinds of sentences.
The hubris of these people who can barely read or write are trying to wholly challenge traffic laws, constitutional law, and the courts in general. Why stop there? Just tell the IRS what they're doing is illegal too. Maybe challenge the law of gravity while you're at it too.
And that's why there's a general consensus regarding high school drop outs and the importance of staying in school and graduating.. Prime example right here.. Extremely limited education and it definitely shows smh😂🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
When Grimace was reading from his notes there at 13:50 you could see the prosecuting attorney's frustration, while he was obviously thinking "I have over $100K in law school loans for this?!"
His woman said they have a bunch of kids. He stated they are not citizens, but I’ll bet they take all the public assistance they can get. I’m sure they are not married so she can claim single mother for assistance.
@@OSGCourtWatch Given the fact that you are habitually in contempt of court for disregarding court orders to not record court proceedings, you're not now and never have been in any position to refer to these losers as losers.
His girl going off on him saying what am I supposed to do with all these kids while you doing 30 days in jail makes it funnier. 😂😂😂. She probably told him that stuff wouldn't work before he went in there.
"I thought I was doing the right thing" This sentence in particular had me screaming. The right thing? What right thing? No you didn't. You know that you didn't. The judge had it 100% right.
She said 3 30-day sentences concurrently, so 30 days. He assumed it was 90 because he doesn't know what "concurrent" means. She "amended" her sentence to 30 days. LOL.
Neither does the judge. She literally said 30 days on each count to run consecutively. That would be 30 days. Then she goes on and says 90 days and she will amend and just give him 30 days. She gave him 30 and amended to 30.
@@marilonowens2706 from what I've heard, they just tell them they aren't being forceful enough - it works if you work it.... yeah, right. but it makes them keep trying and getting more obnoxious
Love how they triple down on not being US citizens, but are also very concerned with making sure they are receiving all do process under the US constitution. Make up your broken mind.
You don’t need to be a U.S. citizen in order to exercise your constitutional right to due process when charged with a crime in the United States. The Constitution protects any person, regardless of nationality when charged with a criminal offense in the United States. Whether im a U.S. citizen or a Mexican, if the federal government or state government accuses me of a crime, im afforded all applicable rights under the U.S. Constitution and applicable state constitution.
@Michaelcollin-wu2ng my point is lost on you I guess. He is an American. He is live action roll playing some fake nationality out of spite for the US while wanting all the rights the US provides anyone American or not charged with a crime inside our borders. He wants to cherry pick what laws apply to him even while inside the US. He is also cherry picking through the Constitution as it allows states to make and enforce laws within their borders. Sov Cits are some of the most confused humans. Ignorance X Arrogance = Sov Cit. Save your LARP for the park on weekends. The judge and police are not playing. I hope the continuous documented L's taken by SC slow the movements growth. It's a mental infection. And the mentally ill are highly susceptible.
@@Michaelcollin-wu2ng I think we can both agree he deserves the rights afforded anyone within the US borders. Citizen or not. I also believe he is subject to the laws within those same borders. Can we agree on that as well? Even though he is a US citizen playing games lets pretend his fake nationality was real. There is no foreign nationality that is not subject to US law within it's boarders. And (skipping some diplomats) only certain recognized native tribes have some special permissions. None of which allow for traffic infractions on public roads without consequence. "American National" is not on any tribal list I have seen anyway. He wants to sight the constitution yet clearly has not read it all. The 10th amendment of constitution allows states to set rules within their own boarders. Yet he believes he gets to cherry pick rights and rules as he pleases because of the same document. Plenty of room for improvement in us Law, but this is not the way to achieve it.
SovIdiot: "I didn't know" Judge: "Maybe you should go to law school." Me: ...or just read the little driver's handbook that your state's licensing authority gives out.
That closing argument by the prosecutor was incredible. That felt great to hear. Thanks for finding and uploading these court videos for consumers like me, you're providing such a public service about how our courts operate to lay people like me
Next to Darrell Brooks and Chille, this is literally the most satisfying court ruling on a sovereign citizen ever. How many times do we watch these people disrespect the court, police, and judges, and walk away with no punishment. This is a real " happy ending ". Pun intended
This is too painful to watch. He's barely literate, can hardly speak in an understandable manner, he's bouncing all over the place. I'm going to have to skip forward to where the nice intelligent judge speaks 😂
The most incredible thing happened. This SovCit ran out of words just prior to sentencing. He was speechless. It is incredible and nearly unbelievable.
@@stainlesssteellemming3885I agree. Something is off. I like her but something isn't quite right. Maybe she's sick and hopped up on Dayquill. She has a speech impediment I can hear. She has some trouble with S sounds and th. Edit: the more I listen the more I think she's speaking like that to cover/control her speech issue. She's very practiced in covering it up.
Even the channel was confused and thought she was originally sentencing him consecutively and that's why they wrote she should've left it at 90 at the end. She stated 30 days concurrent but she also said each sentence carried up to 93 days and he would serve those concurrently. Then at the end she said she'll "amend" the sentence to just 30 days, which makes it seem like she meant to have his sentences run consecutive originally.

I loved that the judge "gave him a break," even though 30 is what she ordered from the start😂 With that said, he should have gotten 279. She was right... Think about all the cops forced to respond to his NONSENSE.
He said he was a“ natural man. Now he is crying like a baby. Learn to read and go to law school and accept the consequences of your action. I have 5 kids and am disabled, but I respect the law .
Semantics? Too many syllables for these idiots...and don't even talk about synonyms like operate & drive, automobile & motor vehicle...their heads will explode.
I find that people who get into the sovcit crap AFTER they lose their license or have some other criminal trouble are knowingly lying and they pretend to believe in the philosophy. I had a friend who got into it before getting into trouble. He was delusional and not exactly lying. I think it can be either or both, depending on the dumbbell in question.
The absolute WORST SovCit I've ever seen, trying to learn how to recite the Mantra, in Court, at his own Trial/Hearing. I doubt he graduated from High School, even, because his reading and speaking skills are at about a 5th Grade level, if that.
There are worse. I recently saw something about a moorish sovereign citizen trying to kill Polk County, FL deputies. The deputies barely survived and the sovcit ended up six feet under. In Germany, a group of sovcits (aka Reichsbürger) actually planned a coup against the German federal government, with some of them being ex-military and one woman even being an ex-MP of the Bundestag and a Berlin judge (currently suspended, if not fired from state service).
@bundesautobahn7 good lord. I hope those German rebels get life in prison. But, I doubt they will as most countries in Europe have much more lenient sentencing standards than in the USA.
The more youtube one watches, the more one sees people who think it's "all rights come with freedoms," and any notion of personal, or *gasp* civic responsibility (heaven forbid!) is just a form of oppression ('TYRANTS!')
The fact that at the end he was still saying what crime did he do. I wish that he had gotten the 90 day. I really appreciate this judge. Maybe with consequences like these people will stop acting like fools.
Aaaaaannnddd.. the first thing out of his mouth is "I am not a person".. 🤦♂️ so, what is he? An electronic item? An eatable? A piece of clothing? A necklace? Dude.. 🤦♂️
she is sentencing him consecutively for 90 days, NOT concurrently. She repeated it twice. At the end she changes the sentence to 30 days. I've never seen anything like this before!!!
He is grossly under educated and functionally illiterate incapable of forming simple sentences, but he has insisted on acting as his own attorney because he knows better.
My oldest son is now 30. In his 9th grade year all his tests were multiple choice. I have great nieces and nephews and my grandson is starting 2nd grade this year. One niece is 14, one is 10 and my great nephew is 13. None of them really know how to spell past a 2nd or 3rd grade level without asking Google or an elder. My sister is a manager of a grocery store and she has told me that the kids who come to work there or who have just graduated high school do not know how to count money back. It's awful.
Weird. I came on to say she did not impress me due to her lack of confidence and monotone voice. I'll watch more carefully to see what you guys are seeing.
How pathetic. He's arrogant and sure laws are garbage, then he begs the judge like a toddler and claims other people fooled him, then after the judge is gone, he goes back to "what law did I break". He's incapable of being honest or consistent.
