My friend asked about the best scent that I carry and for a second i thought it was cucumber melon but then there's lemongrass + ginger and oh! sandalwood + vanilla too. But wait, haha! There's also french vanilla!
So, I decided to make this batch and have 50g samplers for her. I enjoyed the process so much! As per usual. 🙄
I get my wax and oils from Raw Materials PH and Raw Essentials PH.

Flash points actually don't matter unless you will expose the fragrance oil (in itself not candle form) in an open flame.If you're just blending it with wax for candle making then what only matters is the temp recommended by the wax supplier by which you can add in FOs. This is a common misconception in candle making.

Hi sis ask ko lang gano katagal tumatagal ung scented candle? Kahit ba naka stock sya ng 1-2 months hindi Mawasalat ung Amoy nya?

Sa mga nababasa ko po up until 2 years ok pa din sya. Gradually nawawala yung amoy esp sa top layer pero once namelt naman andun pa rin yung scent. :)

Test lang po ito. 50g lang nilagay ko sa jar pero parang 180g talaga ang kayang content ng jar.

Hello po, di ko po magets, in every pitcher filled with wax, let's say 1 liter of of melted soy wax, how much essential oil will be needing? Thanks

Hello po, dependi po yun sa mix that you are going for. FO mix for soy wax usually ranges from 6-10%. In my case (most of the time), for 500g wax I add 30ml of FO. :)

Hi po. Kailangan nyo e po na weigh yung wax, fo and also the fill weight of your vessels para sa costing and pagproportion din ng wax and FO mix ninyo :)

Most FOs i found sa shopee po wala. If you can ask the manufacturer, maybe they can tell you. However, the one's from abroad like Candle Science will have it along with the other specs. :)

Hello po, not too long 15-20 mins. Important that you reach at least 180F especially if pure soy wax. This will allow the oil to bind better with the wax later on.

Hi if you have 1kg of soy wax and you have lavender mint, how many of the FO you are goinh to put?? And how many 200ml jar can it fill? Hope you notice this one

Good morning po, 50ml. It blends well using this mix. Iba iba po talaga dependi sa FO. For coffee scent example I only use 30ml for 1kg of soy wax.

Hi dear, firstly compute mo ang iyung total cost of production, tapos look at the market price, from there you may be able to determine your desired profit margin. Do not forget to give sahod to yourself ha and also the LPG/electricity cost. :)
