Butler Soy Curls are an amazing product we use at 611 Bakehouse to make a delicious “Pulled Porkless” Sandwich. The soy curls are versatile and easily take on the flavor of whatever sauce or marinade you soak them in. This recipe is super quick and easy. It’s perfect for a weeknight when you’re tired from work or you’ve been running the kids around to sports activities and you need a super quick and delicious dinner.
One thing we love about the soy curls is that they contain only one ingredient: non-GMO soy. No additives, no preservatives, no fluff. Just soy. Watch and see how easy it is to create delicious “Pulled Porkless.”
Pulled Porkless
(5 servings)
Ingredients
• 1/2 bag Butler’s Soy Curls, rehydrated for 10 minutes in warm/hot water
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 2 T. dry minced onion
• 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (more/less as desired)
Directions:
1. Rehydrate 1/2 bag of soy curls in a bowl with warm or hot water for 10 minutes, drain
2. Place soy curls in a skillet over medium heat and let remaining water dissipate for 1-2 minutes
3. Turn heat down to low and add seasonings and barbecue sauce. Stir to combine
4. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until warmed through
5. Serve on toasted Ciabatta buns, or bread of your choice. At 611 Bakehouse, we serve it with pickles and mustard, but choose whatever you like (such as coleslaw) to add to your Pulled Porkless sandwiches, or serve it on a baked potato, pasta, or rice
6. Store any remaining Pulled Porkless in a covered container in the refrigerator up to a week.

Use wooden utensils to make your non-stick pans last longer. Great recipe using soy curls.
