Just for transparency and clarification, because I know 99% of viewers don't look at the description - This thumbnail was NOT done by Alex, it was done by a very talented artist named JONATHAN LA MANTIA (link in description) for the game The Binding Of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem as an alt-art card for The Lamb. I've been watching these videos since highschool. I've now since graduated college, got my degree, worked for five years and earned my journeyman certification for mechatronics. I now recently have found out I am going to be a DAD SOON!! Keep making great content Sin, maybe someday I'll be watching you with my little one. I’ve watched you for so long and you’ve taken Damocles so many times. You’ve played for hours with that sword above your head and it’s never fallen. I finally unlocked it last week, took it for the first time, and it killed me 8 minutes into my run😂.

Hey Sin little confused on why you didn’t use guppy’s paw twice, you had 2 red hearts to take death touch. If you used guppy’s paw 2 times it would have only costed 3 soul hearts to take death touch but instead you only used guppy’s paw once so it costed 1 red heart and 2 soul hearts which came out to cost 5 soul hearts technically.

I always fall asleep watching sinvicta, so it always skips to the longest video and I keep waking up to the first Omega Run video

I went frame by frame and that fly took 30 hits. I think there are hidden super flies in the game, there was an episode last year where he had over 4 damage and the fly took like 12 hits I think

Finally decided to buy Isaac because of Sinvicta. I have his luck for sure. First room I went in had a rainbow champion. Needless to say I lost the run.

Soymilk runs are honestly my favorite runs, especially when I get some fun tear effects to go along with it, since it's essentially guaranteed to proc the random chance tear effects.

QOTE: I think Brimstone wouldn't be a good combo with eye of occult. Meaning I won't take brimstone if I've taken eye of the occult. The directional effect is not something I enjoy dealing with. It can cause you to get hit depending on the speed you can turn the shot.

"The scary thing is that we haven't even gotten *REAL* damage yet." Starting stats are, again, awful, but at least we spawned with Void, which has the potential to give us better stats. Soy Milk + Death's Touch is a great combo, and picking it up so early is fantastic. Adding Backstabber shortly after is amazing with Soy Milk + Death's Touch, and Lump of Coal is even better. All of the early game items we didn't Void worked fantastically with each other, making our lack of damage increases insignificant. I definitely support Mr. Victa's decision to Void Brimstone. I never take Brimstone without having a good amount of damage to support it, i.e. when we have Soy Milk. Lead Pencil with a near 30 tear rate is fantastic, that means it should proc almost twice per second. That's some crazy damage. The Dark Room gave us Euthanasia as well, which procced VERY often thanks to our crazy luck rating, as well as poison tears and Blast Immunity. Most of the Victory Lap just gave us stats through Luck Foot's pills or Void shlorping, but we also got freakin Eye of Belial. I was sure that we were looking at a 9 on Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating, but Cricket's Body pushed it up to a 10, as we covered the entire room in poison scythes. AND NOW IT IS THAT TIME AGAIN! Here is your weekly Saturday Summary: Sunday: TRIPLE MAGIC MUSH?! - Spindown Die, Brimstone, Sausage, Magic Mushroom(x3) - 7 Monday: THE ISAACFLY EFFECT - I think my rating got yeeted into the internet ether. Retroactively rating a 5 based on a quick analysis of the video. Tuesday: THE DIVINE SHIELD - Gnawed Leaf + Athame + the Soul of Bethany rune, Gello + Car Battery, almost died - 7 Wednesday: CANDY HEART IS INCREDIBLE?! - Cambion Conception -> Twisted Pair, Candy Heart + IV Bag, Mom's Kife - 7 Thursday: Dead Eye, Eucharist, Soul Locket, Crown of Light, The Soul - 7 Friday: CRAWL - very few stat increases for most of the run, terrible Devil Deals, the Cracked Die trinket destroyed our stats - 2 Saturday: see above - 10 Funny how many 7's we got this week, I hadn't even realized. It was a pretty great week with one red headed step child on Friday, and that gave us an average of a 6.43! Still a very positive rating for the week. I apologize for Monday's rating, I'm not sure what happened.

Question for Sin: around 5:38, you knew that consolation prize would give you a tears upgrade. You seem to always know ahead of time which stat will be raised. How do you know? Is there a trick to it? All the numbers have a different scale and cap and I can’t seem to pick up on how you do it.

QOD: I don’t pick up brimstone when my run is already strong because I think brimstone falls into a similar category as moms knife. Not exactly the same cause it has more combos but still less interesting than base Issac tears.

Soy milk 100% made the run better. Sin, without soy milk, would have had about a 3. Tears rate with binky and consolation prize. This being before depths 2. Especially with piercing and backstabber.
