Soya Chunks 65 is a snack, appetizer, or even a side dish with pulao or biryani can be served. Soya 65 are crispy, crunchy, golden-fried soya chunks. A vegan meal called Soya 65, which takes its cue from the well-known Chicken 65, is a crispy and delectable fry created with cooked soya chunks.
Ingredients to make Soya 65
Soya - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - half
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Gram Flour - 1/4 cup
CornStarch - 3 tbsp
Method to make Soya 65
1. Soak some soya granules in hot water for 15 minutes.
2. Squeeze out excess water from soya and add all the seasoning and flour and mix till it is well coated.
3. Airfry for 20 minutes in 200-degree celcius or deep fry in oil.
