11. chopped ginger - 2 tsp
12. chopped garlic - 2 tsp
13. Slit green Chilli - 2 nos
14. Diced onion - 1/2 cup
15. Red capsicum - 1/4 cup
16. Yellow capsicum - 1/4 cup
17. Green capsicum - 1/4 cup
18. Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
19. Red chilli sauce - 1/4 tsp
20. water - 1 cup
21. Corn flour slurry - 1/4 cup (2 tsp corn flour+ 4 tsp water)
For Garnish -
22.Chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
23.Sesame seeds (til)- 1 tsp
