Ingredients:
Rice- 2 Cups (Basmati), Water- 4 Cups
Soya Nuggets- 1/2 Cup (Boiled, Fried)
Carrots- 1/2 Cup
Corn- 1/2 Cup
Peas- 1/2 Cup
Salt- 2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder- 2 Teaspoons
Biryani Masala- 2 Teaspoons
Zeera- 1 Teaspoon
Oil+Butter (Mixed): 2 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice: 1 Teaspoon
Recipe:
1. Heat oil and butter.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add soya nuggets, carrots/peas, and corn. Saute for some time.
4. Add salt, coriander powder, and biryani masala.
5. Add 4 cups of water and lemon juice.
6. Add the washed rice.
7. Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes.
8. Cover and cook on low flame for another ten minutes.
9. Serve hot with raita, curd, mint dip, or pickle of choice.
