They mayor doesn’t have to write EVERY decision he makes, but if they want it to be considered law they need to have it written in legislation. Otherwise how do they expect the people to know how to follow the laws?

It’s crazy to me that she is actually pretty well-spoken and yet still so dumb. She argues nonstop for common understanding and interpretation of laws but refuses to admit that after being stranded when the driver had an aneurism…him moving a police car out of the middle of the highway and driving it a minute down the road to park it at the police station is not joyriding. I respect that she was willing to have the conversation which seemed in genuine good faith, but pull your head out of your butt and use 5% of your brainpower to acknowledge how stupid that interpretation of law is for this specific situation.
