I love the sound that comes from it. It reminds me of the radio on GTA. Everything about it sounds like adult swim bump music, which I know the sp404 had a huge contribution too, including madvillian and flying lotus.
This video was far more entertaining than I'd care to admit! The beauty of the 404, is that there's no secrets. It's a box, it does what it does, and no matter what techniques are deployed, it sounds like the person operating the box. I've been meaning to make a similar video to this, I have a greybeard trick for chromatic vocal samples.
I 100% agree with that statement...legit the only reason I was cool with sharing my style...no matter what it will always be my style. DEFINITELY tag me if you make that chromatic video...blessings...thanks for tuning in🫡🫡🫡
Thank you for requesting it...and no no I just saw yr page I didn't see an SP in sight...as a result....for my troubles...make a SP Video showing off your style so I know its real lol all love🫡🫡🫡🫡
I feel like if i wasn't me lol I could watch this and not be overwhelmed yet still intrigued to see it through. Some tutorials don't feel personal. I just hope atleast one person takes something from it. But nothing is more true than knowing no matter what you will have your own style.🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡
@@yacmarvelous_ 5th bar every time the hook comes around "Yo, I drink a fifth of yack and hurl it up some". Use one of those AI things like Koala Sampler has to isolate the vox if it doesn't sound good with just EQ. Or you might be able to take the instrumental and add it out of phase to cancel out just the beat. I mean, it's Busta saying your name dead clear... worth the work to have it in the stinger collection.
@mistercohaagen we bout to be real virtual homies in the meta-verse 😂😂😂...word I'm thinking running it through Serato w/ that recent update at the push of a button to isolate vocals. Appreciate you....blessings 🫡🫡🫡🫡
@glizzyhendrix For these I used my maschine studio then imported the finished beats into the SP. The only time I make beats on the SP is when I use the Sp404MKII.
