As a normal user, I don't consider these as a PROBLEM. Yes its a little inconvenient in the absence of rear speakers pairing. In my opinion, You DON'T NEED extra pair of speakers for the immersive experience. The provided speaker itself is more than enough to create an immersive 360 degree sound effects. I have owned it for about 3 months and I can tell YOU HAVE NO IDEA how incredibly awesome this soundbar is. This is my best ever purchase. These kind of sound effects are barely available in premium speakers which are above 1 lakhs which we are getting only under 30k. And that is crazzyyy!! If I was the owner of LG, I personally would have fired those employees who were involved for selling this soundbar just under 30k. 😂😂😂😂 It's a loss for the company!! But double-triple gain for us customers. You have no idea how crazy crystal clean the sounds are and the DEEP-CLEAN bass with no distortions, Thanks to Meridian collabong with LG. According to me there are no cons owning it.

@infoagent534 it's incredible. Not necessarily you have to attach HDMI. Ya but with HDMI, You get the soundbar's full potential. Everything becomes extraaa clearer like 3D experience. I use both Bluetooth and HDMi depending what device I'm connecting.

@@narasimham7786 No buddy, The latency has nothing to do with the bass frequency. The bass frequency is well engineered and enough to fill-in about 550-600 sq-ft. This is a premium soundbar, It has that capability. That is why I said, Why is it priced under 30k only? 😃

I agree. It is a 3.1.2 channel soundbar. Why would you say it's a disadvantage if it doesn't support rear kits? Also regarding the ports. I've seen so many soundbars with just the hdmi out with no hdmi in, even a few JBLs, so when we are getting hdmi 2.1 IN port, consider yourself lucky. It gives you the ability to get ATMOS using that port, what more do you want. I don't agree with anything said in this video. It's like you buy an Alto and complain because you can't go above 120kmph. Just get a better product that suits you. 🤦‍♂️

When compared to the competition products like Samsung q600c it too comes with single hdmi in port. This is a 3.1.2 sound bar and how do you expect side firing speakers and which competition brand provides that? And length of the sound bar you have compared is 7.1.4 configuration and 3x the price of sp8a. Comparing sp11ra with Samsung q990c would have been a fair comparison. I have been using SP8A I would say the cons are: 1. The led display light doesn’t turn off at all. Other brands soundbar’s light turn off after say 30 seconds after something is playing. 2. The volume max steps up is 40 instead of 100. You should have compared sp8a with Samsung q600c, or Sony g700 or Sony S500RF or Sony s-40r

That is the problem. Atmos setup with 3.1.2 channel is a myth. You cannot experience atmos with a 3.1.2 setup. It us better to invest 25k in a good dolby sound system not atmos. I always recommend to my viewers to invest atleast 50k if they thinking to buy atmos bars. You cannot experience real atmos with a rear or side setup. That is the main thing. That's why I will never recommend a atmos soundbar with less channels. Sound is the main priority for me

None of these. For music I can refer to only one system. Which is Sonos Arc. Normally Atmos sound system are made for movies. Cz atmos is not for music. But Sonos Arc is only one system which is incredible for music listening experience

You cannot compare SPR11A and SP8A - there is a great price difference. SP8A - 23K, SPR11A - around more than 50K

@@TechTrickReview Brother that is why you did not like this soundbar. To use this soundbar you need a room size of 250 to 350 sqft room to get the best of these speakers at atleast 80 to 90% volume.

Under 25k SP8A is best among all. But problem yeh hai ki jo jo experience ap mang rahe ho woh is budget me nhi ayega. Main mere content me v altime straight cut bolta hu. Apko v bolunga. But bass LG ka bohot badiya hai. Main khud use krta hu. Boomy bass hai. But experience immersive bnane keliye apko rear kit chaiye

As a standalone soundbar sp8a is better. But if you add rear kit q600c will be better option. Sp8a has no rear kit option.

See. Under 50k atmos soundbar is not worth actually. If you want to experience real atmos you have to invest above 50k. But between these two, SP8A is better

i recently purchased this LG SP8A sound bar it is class in its part. The soundbar create magic i have tested and examined more than 10 other soundbar's but this LG SP8A has all the goodies that non can compete in this price range. the sound quality is at par and watching movies in this is a magic. i strongly recommend this sound bar best in its class

Sound bar is.meant for small rooms , its sound stage is adjusted for 12*15 room size Max... No matter what sound bar u chiose u wont get immersive experience period . This particular model.is.suited only for lg tvs..if u hv other brand then it won't work at all. Dont waste ur money ecpecting to hear quality sound The youtubets who take money from companies n review it,do not speak about problems in set.. If u report the problem some fool will come to ut house in.the name of engineers who does not know anything other than on off.. Hes got no idea at all.

Don't get fooled by this guy. I bought one and it's fantastic. You won't get such crisp and surround sound on anyother SB at this price range.. Note: it's not for chapri heavy bass lovers.

Yes that is the problem. Jin logon ke paas jo system hota hai wo log us system ke against nhi sun sakte. Aur jo log ache system kabhi sune nhi aur 25k me atmos dhundte hai unko to acha lagega. Aj kal without rear kit wale system v badiya perform krne lage wah. Mere paas jo system hai LG ka usme to fir v bass acha hai.

Those are also standalone soundbars. If you get a chance, experience systems like samsung q990b, q950a, LG SP11RA, jbl bar 9.1, jbl bar 1300x, then come back here

SP8A is a single sound bar with stand alone subwoofer and you want me to compare it against 5.1 and 7.1 home theatre systems.... It's like comparing honda city with a bmw 5 series... Not everyone can use 5.1 or 7.1 speaker system due to constraint spaces or their taste.. Otherwise they can buy boat or zebronics 7.1 system for half the price. I hope none will get fooled by your illogical comparisons...

@v4virgoadarsh Their many people like you who is happy to have a local 5k price system also and thought that it is great. And a good home theatre. But they don't know in 5k you will get a 5.1 speaker system it is not a home theatre. There are certain criteria that need to be there to make it a home theatre. Same applicable to Atmos. Under 50k systems are only babies in front of atmos. You have to spend more to get the actual thing. If you don't have budget you can go with anything but cannot say this is a proper atmos system. Ok Give me an explanation first in the scene an arrow is going from front to your back how a standalone system can give you that atmos effect without having rear kit? Due to budget issue and without listening proper systems, some people compromise the quality of sound and make noise here. And i know it's normal.

In my opinion, SP8A is an excellent product as a 3.1.2 system at current price point, considering sound quality of movies & music and features such as Hi-res audio, Meridian, AI room calibration, Spotify connect etc... The only downside is the non compatibility of rear speaker kit...The rear kits from LG (compatible with other models) normally costs around Rs. 15000 and are not cheap.

@TechTrickReview You are right.... But SC9S with rear kit SPQ8S costs about 50,000....Others may cost between 50000 to 1,00,000 or more...Cheap 5.1.2 systems, available in the market at around 25000 may not have desired sound signature....That is where SP8A scores.

I own sc9s and will be replacing it with sp8a because sc9s sounds flat I researched allot then came to this conclusion. For me: a setup with 3.1.2 with 3 front firing and 2 top firing with 45W each speaker 3ohm impedance also long in length will sound better then 3.1.3 with 3front and 3top firing speakers with 30w each speaker 4ohm speakers. Also sc9s is smaller in length then sp8a
