I love how well your contractor communicated with you. Even with the off balanced light fixture, some would just ignore the small details but he communicated every little imperfection about the products. He sounds like he was so great to work with! This bathroom is a dream 😍
Can you make a video about the behind the scenes issues with a renovation like how you found your contractor, much much you budgeted for it, city permits etc.

Very nice. Totally spa vibes. You can't go wrong with white, black, natural wood and gold colors. My son recently moved into his apartment and those are the colors he chose he just added grey instead of gold. It looks very clean and modern. You did a fantastic job and it goes to show a little preparation and purchasing items you like , laying it out on a board for viewing and having it installed, we all can save money and be our own designer. 👏 Beautiful.

I knew you were doing some sort of project. I've learned over the years that you'll casually mention something and later it comes to be. When you started with your beauty room, I said ' Kim is a woman of completion and will have more to come.' It is very Chic and luxurious. Well planned, executed and a beautiful transformation!

Kim, you did a fantastic job selecting your bathroom products. The end result is A1! With that said, shout out to your contractor and trades workers! So many people share nightmare stories with workers being inconsistent while working on a job and/or doing shotty work. It was a blessing that the only issues you encountered were due to the online products purchased and not the workers. Also thanks for mentioning getting the proper permits. I cringe when people online make videos where they or a "family friend" is doing significant home improvements without mentioning/getting permits. I think for both safety and resale value it's good to know that the completed work has was approved and signed off by a trained/certified professional! I hope you contractor and trades workers get an abundance of work for operating in excellence and with honor!

Your contractor did a great job! Congrats on finding a great contractor who does great work. Amazing work. Always fun conceptualizing but the real work comes when installing and making the ideas all work and look professional. Hard to find a contractor that cares enough to point out issues and work with you to come up with solutions.

I love that design. I did something similar but by no means to the degree that you did. I wanted to extend my shower but if I did they would have to gut my wall down to the plumbing to center the shower fixtures. That alone would have been very pricey. So instead, I removed my stall shower which had the metal and replaced it with a frameless shower door with black hinges and door handle. I was able to gain extra space by extending the shower to the edge of the half wall that separated the shower stall from the tub. That minor update changes the whole vibe and it was much less expensive than my original plan. I love bathroom remodels❤️

This is beautiful & job well done. My BFF did the same thing, she purchase all of her items on line, home depot and lowes and Texas have a lot of different shops and she picked a contractor and it came out beautiful also. It was must cheaper; basically all items was purchase by you and they did the job and you paid for labor. So Chic!
The Schluter metal trim was suggested by our tile salesperson for our kitchen. It's a more contemporary look than I care for. Had I known, I would have chosen a tile that had a coordinating bullnose. I don't think you would have been happy with that edge either. Your design is terrific.
