Bruce is heading back into space! This week he's heading towards a giant clouded nebula at the centre of the Milky Way. There he is hoping to find some kind of space booze that tastes like raspberries and rum! The nebula is apparently full of it! Only problem is, it will take Bruce millions of years to get there. Hope he packed enough Manhattans for the trip!
Seriously, did you know there are nebulas out there in space that are more than 300 billion miles in size and are full of alcohol? The universe is a vast and wondrous place. Since Bruce will never be able to make it that far, he thought he'd put together a cocktail with a similar flavour profile of what is believed the space booze tastes like. 10 - FRESH RASPBERRIES
1/4oz (7.5ml) CHAMBORD
1/2oz (15ml) - CAMPARI

IN A SHAKER FILLED WITH CRACKED ICE:
2oz (60ml) - RUM - BLACKSTRAP, AMBER,
OR DARK RUM
3/4oz (22.5ml) - LIME JUICE
1/2oz (15ml) - SIMPLE SYRUP
2 DASHES - ANGOSTURA BITTERS

SHAKE WELL.
STRAIN INTO A ROCK GLASS FILLED WITH CRUSHED ICE.
TOP WITH MORE CRUSHED ICE AND FINE STRAIN THE CAMPARI/RASPBERRY MIX DOWN THROUGH THE ICE TO CREATE A
‘BLEEDING’ EFFECT IN THE GLASS.
GARNISH WITH A LIME WHEEL AND FRESH RASPBERRIES.
