Should check out splitsie he's co-opting a mod where small large grid cargo ships like this will call in support drones to get you off of them he's got saved cashes of the streams of him editing ships sent in by players those are on his second channel Flipsie highly suggest if you like ships in similar sizes
damn ive always started by buidling my ships like entire shape then the outside and inside but this seems to allow so much more creativity 10/10 video simple quick and to the point
Thank you for that video. I really like your work with big grid ships. It was very interessting for me since i normaly build the tech and then build a skin around it. I used your ship as insperation to build my own version of it, since its only the second big grid ship that iam building. Really like the result that came out of it.
I wish there was a scaffolding block with scaffolding on all sides, because otherwise the surfaces seem too smooth compared to armor and stick out a lot from side angles
This looks like a fine craft for a Carrier, although the Jump drive negates the need and it would need to be heavily modified to serve an offensive role.
Awsome, I would like to kwow how was this video made? This is in game footage, right? how did you get this white-like background? how is the camera movments so smooth? Are you using some kind of reshade? looks like more cartoon-ish than vannila, I love it! Does Space engineers have a video making tool that I dont remember?
reshade, exactly. It's just ingame, the grey background is a depth based reshade filter. You can get the camera to be smooth with the spectator tool, it's under the alt+f10 menu.
@@MajorJon what exactly is a "depth based reshade filter", and how do I replicate this background in game? Would be very helpful. Also, love your videos!
I play on console, how did you get a plain grey map?? Is there any way to do it on console? Or can you customize the world you want somehow to make it blank like this?
Because ships made for PVP are ugly piles of scrap destined to be turned to scrap. But hey, this is an opportunity for you to make videos about designing ships with PVP in mind.
