Space Marines vs Aeldari (Ulthwe) Battle Report 2000pts 10th Edition 

Assault intercessors are the reason I started my space marine army, excited to see how this game goes

I'll always show up to support the eldar, especially Eldrad and Ulthwe. Nice narrative building before the match too. 🍻

This looks fun, I recently got a Killteam of scouts so I wanted to see how you'd use them in what looks like an insanely tough match-up

That's a very nice army. Unfortunately you can't take scouts with DW. Unless you have no DW unic models, then you're fine

This was a great game, tense till the very end. Loved the smoke! Some random thoughts on the Eldar list from someone who trying to get together an army: the conclave certainly lived up to their reputation of being useless and seem an easy switch out. As the Avatar seemed a bit exposed maybe something for that? I have heard some good things about Storm Guardians with an attached Warlock the last few weeks. If close to the avatar they advance for 14', all their weapons including the fusion guns are assault, and they have enough models they can often spread out enough to sticky two objectives at once. If you screen the avatar from charges with them you could threaten with a heroic intervention from him Also I don't think any unit really used the capacity of the wave serpent? As Matt wants to switch out Eldrad anyway maybe change him+conclave+defenders+wave serpent into Farseer+warlock+storm guardians+Falcon+weeping stones on someone? Or instead of weeping stones a Farseer skyrunner instead of on foot. Would be interested what the actual Eldar player says to that theorizing.

How can Eldrad and an Avatar be in the same army list, they are both epic heroes? 🤷

it's not only the reroll. it's the reroll, plus fate dice, plus additional result manipulation. you cannot lose when you roll all sixes.
