What happened to the blue transfer tunnel

I went to Disneyland in May when they had the Hyperspace overlay. I want to like it, but it just doesn’t have the same magic as the regular version

1:46 This dark type ride just isn’t the same without the flashing blue light tunnel. Even though I heard it’s getting a refurbishment til August and maybe after it’s refurbishment, then the blue light tunnel would be fixed once in for all

I will be there on September 9. I hope Ghost Galaxy returns!
