Ben the moff hos in this video is a perfect example of how a security player can be both a hardass and also supportive of the story and shenanigans. He does a great job.

i love the cmo saying "clown nukies", i was one of those clowns, and i dont read they said that in that moment, it make me laught so much, get call that when i get there only by randomly follow another clown after steal stuff of armory, a shame i dont get to enter before they left in the pod, literally was in the tile before the door when the pod left

im gonna compare this to another servers i have been to... that cmo would be banned for "attacking an antag on cuffs while not being an officer" and the segway officer would be too for "permakilling an antag who is allready on perma and has not escaped containement" i said this, because i saw things like this happen.

Cmo was being kinda cringe but the Segway officer and I had been going back and forth all round. My death at his hands was a great crescendo to finish the plot point. He was fun and I enjoyed it all. I understand that death happens and sometimes you need to die to have a good story.

Mainstream ss13 servers suffer from this type of administration. Banning someone because they killed someone else is silly, especially with /tg/ medicine which is super-duper dumbed down and easy.

Yeah it's a fine line to walk but I think it's worth the effort. We try to allow for some flexibility when it creates more stories and fun, while cracking down when it limits peoples ability to play out gimmicks and cuts their stories short. That murder-suicide is a perfect example, it brought that story between him and Kilgor to a great close and that's exactly why I'm glad we don't have a zero-tolerance approach to stuff like that!

Sometimes ya need the Fist of Justice, Sometimes ya need to bring down the Hammer. Kinda wish there was policy of "If someone is KOS approved" its an announcement. and the use of lethals when not cleared for it is crime

We forked from Beestation, their xenobio has a few options that tg does not. We keep talking about xenobio overhauls and changes so something may happen eventually but for now it's the same as bee.
