Seconded, if someone more experienced could explain what he was doing, like what the particle accel was or what his scheme with Kiara was, that'd be swell
@@AzuriteCoast a bit late to the party, basically the PA (particle accel) gives tesla "energy" the more energy it has, the more little tesla balls it can grow, and the more little tesla balls, the more power it gives, the field generators keep the tesla contained while the emitters constantly shoot at them to keep them powered, finally, the tesla coil absorbs the electrical arcs and transforms it into power. i dunno who kiara was, but if it was the chemist, he was a traitor and had the objective to kill them
From what I'm gathering the mad man decided to "DIY" modify the escape pod into a "tesla pod". So he made a bunch of particle emitter to power a plasma/electrical energy ball and a magnetic field to keep it contained. Then he put a tesla coil to gather lightning bolt to power the systems on the pod ie propulsion and life support I think. This was totally unnecessary but also absolute mad scientist level genius.
Pod Tesla. Absolute Madlad. Like an Artist painting himself stabbing someone, and then stabbing that someone. Truly Joey Petunia is one of the most Robust men alive.
This is a turning point in the history of SS13. The name Joey Petunia needs to be marked in any tesla related devices. Based? Based on what? Based on pure, deepfried robustness.
Now THIS is the definition of INSANITY in SS-13, the fact that it survived the trip surprised me, you, my good sir, are the definition of being robust.
time to do a build your own shuttle and setup a large tesla or singulo on it, then release it on centcomm, everyone else takes pods since these actually hold enough power during evac you can literally tesla/singulo centcomm now if you declare war on centcomm
I think I was in that round. If I remember right I was Morgan Hunt (the paramedic who gave you so much trouble). I didn't play medical roles very often so my main goal was to at least save one person (I think I saved the long hair at least a couple times, but I didn't think that counted at the time). I was a total push-over in combat so I'm lucky you didn't get serious, and try to kill me (thanks). It's a really cool coincidence that I could happen upon a video from someone I interacted with like this. I play SS13 pretty infrequently, and don't really main any servers either, but I hope we can interact again some day as improbable as that might be.
Got to love nanites. Don't leave lavaland or space without them. Though had you been blown maybe 10 blocks to the left, right into the comandos haha. PS - Man, when I realized you didn't have power for the emitter, I was on the edge of my seat hah.
I am a very new viewer (2nd ever vid and I've never seen anything about ss-13 in my life) and I don't know what the fuck is happening but I'm fascinated. You built a bunch of batteries charging electric engines, spent 15 minutes kidnapping a girl, a chimp revived you and then you rode the Space Tesla into another ship? Madness. Reminds me of Dwarf Fortress.
grounding rods don't make power, tesla coils do, and there was no room for a coil on the pod (unless, say, I buckled myself to the tesla coil. But that'd be death... or would it)
Here’s the story, a lone engineer gets decimated by a freak accident, leading him to fighting for an experiment, through yet another freak accident, he flies out into the depths of space, in a battle against an alien fish, after meeting back at base, he continues his work, and so his Tesla town begins... it becomes him vs the world to take them to a paradise, mr bones’ wild ride. After being revived by a wild animal, he takes on his enemies, and finally goes on his pod Tesla Off they go to the sunset, he was the winner this day, may his story be remembered
is there a reason o2 is on your back and not in the exosuit slot? or can you wear it on back with backpack there? hmmmalso how tf did you get up after the carp downed you, and why were you unable to get up when you got shot off anyway. so many questions!
- the O2 appears on your back even if you got it in your exosuit slot. it was in my suit slot - very minor healing from determination got me up out of crit - getting bopped by a shield generator wall paralyzes you for 2 decades afterwards, it's an extremely long stun
Dude, engineering is my Jam! This is awesome! Some things ive done you should try: Atmos Holo-projector SM, SM that overloads onto a Black hole engine (the trick is you need bluespace bags), make an SM reactor if the maximum amount of emitters (i think my record was 56 before the ai went rogue), or have an super fort contest
I have no idea what is going on, this video was just: man beats the shit out of several space station crew members before kidnapping one of them and escaping into improvised torpedo made from escape pod, then blowing up the station he arrives at with said torpedo
i gained a phobia of security after getting my head beat in. there's a security outpost in medbay (the red place) that kept triggering my phobia. i got a blindfold to blind myself, making it so i couldn't see the sec outpost and thus couldn't trigger the phobia.
I don't play SS13, so I have a question. Only thing I can't understand is- why did the cell thing matter at the end in the pod? Was the pod being powered by the Tesla contraption you made? Everything else I sorta pieced together- hilarious video.
The cell I was referring to at the end was my hardsuit's cell. Space suits / hardsuits require a battery to warm the wearer in the cold of space, and my cell was empty, so I was starting to freezer veeeery slowly.
@@LannAF7 The Tesla Energy Ball is (was) intended to be the primary power source for the station. It's very destructive and menacing, and normally it's situated in a massive, open room in the engineering department. I took that massive room and shrunk it down to the size of a single escape pod - no particular reason, just to say I could do it.
@@MelbertSS13 Absolute legend you are my man. I don't play as I said- but I've literally gone through almost every single one of your videos. I hope you continue to upload plenty more shenanigans!
The thing that is very sad is that not many know that ss13 is realistic in some ways, like when you start floating off into space, if you take any object and throw it in the opposite direction of where you wanna go, it will launch you told there. One time I had an epic battle where a guy beat me unconcious in space while bombs were going off (grenades), he took off my oxygen supply adn trew me into space, I woke up and I remembered a physics thing where you can throw and object in sape to get back adn I just guessed adn hoped for teh best, I took my meth pill and through it in the opposite direction and ended up floating right back into the station through the door unconcious. I woke up and teh battle continued
