Thanks for words of wisdom. As babaji has said from any book, guru or everything else only 5% of spirituality ( on mental, philosophical or intellectual ) can be known. To know it on completely on energetic level is many lifetimes journey of purification of many karmic layers. Now since 150 years only 2 things have remained 1) akasha 2) prana Space or akasha is intercellular, subatomic quantum field. Unless ones ida and pingala are balanced with active sushumna flow reaching third eye, having higher level of prana, ojas and tejas one cannot know basics of meditation and spirituality. Rest is crap mental chatter. Only remedy is purification of heart by charitable acts, service, spreading love and removing sufferings of everyone. When sufficient level of karma is reached you will be able to do meditation. Space is extremely powerful and divine has kept it hidden. When inner space get merged with outer space manifestation or samadhi is experienced. This does not need knowledge at all as tantra cannot be learned. Thanks for sharing
