that is correct. I'm guessing they used C++, and so yes it's realtime. "Assembly Summer 2012 Demo competition entry, 1st place.2 that means that this demo was released at a party called "Assembly Summer 2012". It won the competition(compo for short).

One thing about "Guru Meditation" there was also this led blink. I remember some group did this led blink in demo without crashing the Amiga.

Do you think that several Remedy employees that used to be Future Crew members will visit Assembly Summer 2013? And what about Skaven? As far as I know he's still active. I'm pretty sure he works at Remedy as well.

Dubstep goes well with the effects. Cool music.

i still can't get enough of daily dosage of this one, even top char pop can't get such high rotation in radios, good stuff!

Oh, you thought I read Alexaner's comment as "this was all coded AT Assembly and.." ? ;-) No, he pretty clearly meant the programming language. Regarding the location of the demoparty, I live in Helsinki and did go there first time in 1993. How on earth you got the idea that I didn't know what The Assembly was and how it is even relevant to the discussion about programming language this demo was programmed with, please explain!

Heh; I meant sources for the information confirming that this was coded "in Assembly".. I'm pretty sure they used some HLL, such as C/C++ and some HLSL/GLSL/Cg or similar. What's the point of creating GPU command streams in assembly, except self-torture and mutilation? Any idiot can do Assembly.. it takes a special kind to use it for everything. =/
