If I were to guess why Morg is bad in high elo (as a Sup Player) she is simply two slow and niche in utility. Hard stopping CC on one champion is really powerful but the shield is: Only Blocking AP damage, Does not last very long, and has a LONG cd. She has no engage, her Q while Large and Hard in Utility (3 cd becomes days) and her Ultimate is very bad. Her Ult forces her (a Caster) to run towards enemies, and forces her to build stopwatch on a role that earns very little money. Which might not even be worth the effort since most meta adc have mobility, and most high elo players know when to flash. Doesn't mean she cant be good, she decimates hard engage supports early like Leona and Nautilus but late game? She can't exactly shield everyone from a 5 man Leona Ult. Also her passive has little to no use in the Support role, she really doesn't need healing when she can play so far back in lane.

As a plat Morgana player i am adamant about Morgana being a great character and RAT just being a bad player even thou he grinds this game every day and is grandmaster

How can you call someone with a 3 second root, complete CC denial, and a multiple stun R useless lmfao. A good Morgana with Zhonya can be a absolute prick to play against. Outside of maybe 3 champs in the game shes the absolute best there is at keeping carry’s alive in team fights, starting engagements at the support position and starting CC chains. If morgana had a heal of any kind she’d break the support position.
