@@TonyGalvinkinesiology Hey, Thanks! Really depends on fitness and ability. If you're able for a long day (45ish) you could start in Kinnity and do the mountain top loop and over to the Laois side via Crystal Maze link - Pedalfest, then onto blacks. Then back to kinnitty and finish on SpaceJam. Legs will be sore if you're not used to big spins tho! Otherwise you could start in kinnitty again and just do the trails behind the castle( SpaceJam/ Twist&shout/ ASAP/ Cool Runnings etc) get some food in the village then drive over to the laois side (15 min drive) and do the trails there.
