I'm only 50, so I'm at that sad age where I've lived over a half century during which no humans have ever voyaged any farther from our home than low earth orbit. After all the promise my parents witnessed (and I just missed out on) I'm really hoping to be around long enough to see humanity finally once again embark on a journey beyond our cradle.

@@DavJumps I'm honestly planning on going to Mars, myself! I'm from a little town in NE Kansas. I've been to Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, East Germany, Berlin, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, seen Napoleon's tomb, been in and under the Cathedral of Notre Dame, spent hours roaming the Louvre. I served at NATO HQ during the Iranian Hostage Crisis in 1979. Seems like Mars would be the cherry on top of my life. Wish me luck!

Thinking back to how nervous and excited I was to see even a 1 engine SF let alone a “full” 3 engine SF before the higher altitude SN belly-flop tests it’s amazing to see a 33 engine SF becoming almost routine (one go and it’s done). I suppose we don’t have confirmation that this was a completely successful test yet but it certainly looked good to me. This all seems to be heading in the right direction.
