Its for starlink global internet service. I have the service..its great. The plan is to have tens of thousands of these satellites covering the entire planet. Millions of people have the starlink internet service already. It will be a service that will cover the entire planet even in the most desolate areas and even covering the oceans.

Added to existing Starlink satellites to provide worldwide Internet coverage.

Well, it was "new" about 11 years ago! The one you just saw was landing number 350, or something like that. They do this all the time, several times per month, dozens of times per year..
