1) Crush 2 cloves of garlic 2) Cut the stem of the parsley and use it for the sauté 3) Chop the parsley 4) Take the pan and add two drizzles of olive oil 5) Add the garlic, the stem of the parsley and chilli pepper 6) Add the still frozen rock mix 7) Cook for 10 minutes with the lid on over low heat 8) Add a little white wine and let it evaporate - remove the garlic and the parsley stem 9) Drain the spaghetti 2 minutes before cooking and add them to the sauce 10) Add a little pasta cooking water 11) Stir, turn off the heat and add a little olive oil, black pepper and chopped parsley 12) - - - Enjoy your meal! - - -
