Akis! I love your videos and I have been watching them for years. I have a question that I've been wondering about for a while. I live in a tiny German village, and here we don't always have access to the fresh herbs that you use in your recipes, which I think is a shame. However, I try to do make use of what we have, and I was wondering if substituting fresh herbs for dry herbs would make a difference? Obviously it will not be exactly the same, but I would love to hear your input on this, Akis. : )

Actually it is an italian dish from Abruzzo. Spaghetti con le polpettine or Chitarra Teramana con Pallottine. The meatballs are much more smaller. Google it

Just so ya know, that's a food processor, not a mixer. A mixer is the thing that people use to mix doughs and do cakes and stuff with all those attachments. It's not a big deal, because anyone can still understand you, but thought you might like to know :P

i think if you don't squeeze the union juice, you will need to add more bread crumbs, and taste less of the beef. Turkish chef Refika also used this technique
