Spaghetti squash soup with fresh yam and pork
Ingredients:
Dried mussels 10 Nos.
Dried scallops 6 Nos.
Mushrooms 6 Nos.
Jinhua ham 1 small cube
Lean pork meat 0.5 lb
Spaghetti squash 1 No.
Dried sea prawns 10 Nos.
Fresh yam 1 log
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms, rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water until they turn soft. Retain water in the bowl.
2. Dried scallops, rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water for 1.5 hours until they turn soft.
3. Dried mussels, soak in tap water and remove impurities. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Dried sea prawns, rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water and retain water in the bowl.
5. Fresh yam, get it peeled. Rinse thoroughly. Cut in pieces.
6. Spaghetti squash, rinse with tap water. Divide it into 2 shares carefully. Each share divides into 4 pieces. Remove seeds.
7. Ginger, rinse with tap water. Get it sliced.
8. Mushrooms, get them diced.
9. Jinhua ham, rinse with tap water. Get it sliced.
10. Pork meat, rinse with tap water. Get it shredded.
Steps:
1. All ingredients, put in a pot. Add in 2L of water. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame and boil for 2 hours.
2. Finish.
3. Complete. Serve.

淡菜10粒

金華火腿1小舊
瘦肉半磅
魚翅瓜1個
蝦乾10隻
鮮淮山1支
處理:
1. 冬菇,清水沖洗乾淨,清水浸軟,保留碗中的水分。
2. 瑤柱,清水洗乾淨,清水浸大約1個半小時至軟身。
3. 淡菜,清水浸,除去雜質,清水沖洗乾淨。
4. 蝦乾,清水洗乾淨,保留碗中的水分。
5. 鮮淮山,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切一件件。
6. 魚翅瓜,清水洗乾淨,小心1開2,再一開4,去核。
7. 薑,清水洗乾淨,切片。
8. 冬菇,切粒。
9. 金華火腿,清水洗乾淨,切片。
10. 瘦肉,清水洗乾淨,切絲。
烹調:
1. 所有材料,放煲內,加入清水大約2升,大火煲滾,轉中慢火,煲2小時。
2. 煲好。
3. 完成,可享用。
