Benalmadena is our comfort place but we always jump on the train or bus and visit the surrounding resorts /villages . Always feels good to get back to benalmadena 😁
I was there in July and didn't know there was a lift to bring you up, so I would pick torremolinos that and the train to fingurola I enjoyed the walk round to Benalmadena 👌
I’d choose Torremolinos for the variety, you have the high town and the lower part along the two beaches. If I went back some time I think I’d stay along Carihuela beach as it’s an easy walk between both Torremolinos and Benalmadena☀️☀️
@@manuelfg2902 You get the best of both worlds down on the Carihuela Manuel. I stayed in a hotel on on Bajondillo beach some time ago and it was a bit too far away from everwhere I wanted to be ☺️
There are a few nice upscale hotels in Torremolinos on the beach. The best one which doesn't advertise because they dont have to, and in my opinion the best is the MELIA Costa Del Sol. Check it out next time.
In the 70s and 80s Torremolinos was synonymous with the classic brits abroad/boozy 18-30s. But today, it’s nothing like that anymore. It’s been “reclaimed” by the Spanish in some ways. Both resorts have poor nightlife if you are looking for late noisy bars which surprised me. It’s generally very sedate in both these days
Stayed in apartments on benelmadena marina::the sol house hotel torremolinos which is 5mins from marina::the Cervantes in torremolinos old town: :::so we did torremolinos and benelmadena so yes to both:but personal y I like torremolinos and the walk down to marina 😀
Benalmadena for me staying at Horel Bali end Oct £350 half board 8 nights, single so decent value, they have live entertainment every night plus you can watch the football there without buying a drink, if u had enough night b4, not much in it Kev as u suggest, keep em coming...
