Este partido lo vimos en la casa de la playa con mis amigos, cuando marcó Alfonso salimos a la calle a celebrarlo, mi amigo Antonio de la emoción le pegó una patada al aire con tanto ímpetu que la chancla (COOL) del pie derecho se le salió, fue a parar al tejado del apartamento de al lado y mi amigo tuve que volverse en la Vespino con una chancla nada mas. He vuelto a ver la chancla el verano pasado, todavía sigue en el tejado de mi vecino.

I remember this game as it stands out as been a fantastic game. Two very talented teams and technically excellent. It was attack after attack. Not sure who got sent off but Michalovic was a dirty player. One of the dirtiest I've ever seen.

Ovo je najveća kradja u istoriji fudbala!, bar koliko se ja sećam! Ušao sam samo da prokomentarisem, jer iako sam bio mali svega se napamet sećam, pogotovu onog usranog sudije koji je pustio da se igra čak sedam minuta nadoknade bez ikakvog razloga i čim je Alfonso dao gol on je svirao kraj! Takvu namestaljku nisam video ni u našoj srpskoj ligi! Čoveče to je bila očigledna kraja naočigled milionskog auditorijuma i niko to nije ni pomenuo, a sad fifa ili uefa nam nešto pametuju i kažnjavaju nas sramota! Jebena stoka, a kakvu smo tad reprezentaciju imali!!!

Fun Fact due to Spain winning this match Spain ended up first in the group and Yugoslavia second. Because of that Spain ended up facing France the eventual winners of the euro with zidenine zidane. So really even if the penalty was absolutely non existent Spain kinda helped Yugoslavia as they faced Netherlands instead(Although that match ended pretty bad for Yugoslavia)

@@ruardor Eh, I'm not saying it was a GOOD call, but it wasn't that weird. Defender put both hands on the attacker, who went down. Weak call, but not that bizarre. But I've NEVER seen a defender stretch out to block a pass, have it deflect to the goalkeeper, and have it called as an infraction, except for here in this match. Sometimes even more deliberate plays that go back to the goalie aren't called.
