Hi barney, I'm not sure if you're reading this, but if you see this please continue reading. As I kid I was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. I didn't really understand what those meant, but as I grew older I started getting suicidal thoughts. I have even gotten as close as putting a knife to my chest, but I saw a video of yours. I thought it was super funny and I subscribed and fell love the channel recently. You have been such a big help for me. every 3 days I look forward to seeing your video. Sr Intern here! The moderation here absolute sucks! The MRs and HRs would stand there doing nothing, like any other café games. They would also get mad if you put “bad music.” Like dude what? That’s why I got perm banned from my account and never played Koala Cafe
YOU WERE SO SPEAKING FACTS IN 2:57-4:03. as a former MR in Kecai, there is a ton of favoritism. An MR never got any consequences for calling others groomers falsely because they were friends with the higher-ups, however, a ton of MRs got blacklisted for being in a separate server for talking crap even when they didn’t participate in the crap talking (this includes me.) These cafe and restaurant games have a lot of favoritism and toxicity. The higher ups will always take their friend’s side no matter if they’re right or wrong.
There’s moderation at Koala Cafe? I was there as MR back in November and I can confirm that yes there is bias. Not only are the higher ups friends with each other, so are the Mrs friends with each other. The MRs used to become Helpers by applying, and people who got accepted together were called a batch, and with a whole month trial, it’s very easy to become friends with each other. That’s why bigger groups are better (Sorry, Koala Cafe isn’t a big group anymore, it’s dead), it’s impossible to know each other because there are so many. But even then, people should look past their judgements like you said.

@@rizzlej2019. ok firstly I never applied in helper apps because I wouldn’t pass them, plus when ur a Sr Intern, you can’t get ranked up anymore unless if you get helper. And why does it matter to you that I am not a high rank after 2 years working in a cafe game? Atleast I can still warn people, which is enough for me, I’m grateful for what I have, so yeah you can say what you wanna say
When the Mr's/Hr's are buddy buddy like that it seriously fucking ruins the fun. How are we supposed to be able to enjoy a game when theres super biased moderation.
I got permanently banned from koala cafe a few days ago for having a "disruptive avatar". (I did get warned multiple times and server banned once prior to getting pbanned because of it lol) every time they told me to change my avatar to something "least disruptive", I changed into a different animal like a rubber chicken or a dinosaur. the reason for this was because my avatar was so tall and a bit huge. It was a glitched avatar, but at least some of the interns liked it
Hi Barney, I actually work as a Supervisor there and I'm sorry that the helper though it was a cuss word. Mistakes do occur and I'm deeply sorry! Overall, I think your videos are really funny and some of my friends are in the video! Keep being awesome!
Most groups like these have bias, unfortunately like once I was in RR and people were being racist and the victim was being warned for "accusing staff of being racist". Meanwhile the other MRs were saying that the warnings were correct. Luckily though, the HR actually saw what was going on and warned them.
used to work at koala years ago. They just plain suck at moderation. When I worked there it kept getting hacked LOL also they made u dress up like a koala..
Barney you should do a troll where you actually order items but when they come back with it you say "I think you forgot *insert other item here*" and do that over and over again. I mean they can't really ban or kick you for that. It would be funny.
The moderation there is terrible. (Coming from a new mod myself) The bias there is massive and they don’t even know what the difference is from lagging and exploiting. TBH, I’ve barley seen them help the customers.
Ik this is offtopic but Koala Cafe literally repeats the same decorations every single holiday/month that it is getting repetitive 😭😭 also the moderation there is literall strict. Also instead of fancy word trolling, try doing a fancy term of the sizes, that way it’ll be harder for the cashiers/baristas to figure it out lol. And if you can do that, I suggest you do it in these games Frappe Pastriez (you may need loads of accounts)
