Self raising flour has raising agents on it. Usually baking powder. It doesn't need yeast to rise. You usually make cakes or quick bread in them such as soda bread. Source: Google
We need to add up the filling mas marami mas malasa xa, kulang sa lasa but napakasoft ng dough nia . Not bad for the first try.. next time ill add more filling nalang para perfect na xa..

Hi, I love your recipe! It works perfectly! it would be better if we roll the dough very thinly to make it more softer bread. Btw, do you pre-heat your oven into convection or fan forced? Hi, yes i Pre-Heat the Oven with Fan ( i dont know if that is Fan forced all i know when i set the Oven up and Down Heat with Fan, automatically the fan is on). Yes you can use Margarine :) Best Regards.
kung ano ang liquid na nasa recipe po, ung po ang gamitin mo po need lang na warm cya. halimbawa ang nasa REcipe is 200ml or 1 cup Freshmilk, warm mo po ang 200ml na milk, or kumuha ka po dun ng 50ml na freshmilk mula sa 200ml na freshmilk at warm mo, saka mo po ilagay ang yeast at 1 Tbspn Sugar ang let it bloom po.
Yeast Shortage 2020 strikes again. I am going to try this recipe with just baking powder and use preserves instead of bread crumbs in the sugar/butter/breadcrumbs paste.
around 5mins mam, uminit ppo ang hand mixer, medium speed lang po muna sa first 3mins tas ung last minute high speed po para po fine at smooth ang Dough. pde nyao nmn po ihinto saglit kapag uminit na ang hand mixer.
