Spanish omelette is a recipe made from beaten eggs .This recipe is delicious and healthy too so it can be perfect for your breakfast or snacks for kids
Ingredients :-
Eggs -4
Oil
Onion medium -2
Potatoes-2
Green chilly -1
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Spring onion - 8-10 strings
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
1.Chop 2 potatoes and 2 onions , coriander , green chilly, coriander leaves and spring onion.
2. In a pan add 3 Tbsp oil and fry potatoes till it becomes little soft & add onions , green chilly , 1/4 tsp salt and saute for 2 mins.
3. Now,add coriander leaves and spring onions saute for a while & switch off the stove & let it cool .
4 .Take 4 eggs and beat it until it turns frothy using electric beater or hand whisk. (don't overbeat )
5. Now add fried veggies to beaten eggs by adding pepper powder -1/4 tsp and salt ( if
required)and mix well.
6.In a pan add 1-2Tbsp oil and spread egg mixture evenly & cover it and cook in sim for 8-10 mins.
7. Check if it is done (if it doesn't stick to pan it is done )
8. Now, cover one plate on it and flip the pan reverse using both hands.
9.Add one more Tbsp oil to pan and slowly transfer the omlette to pan add cook in sim for 4-5 mins.
10. Now cut in a triangular shape and serve ..
Note : Be careful while flipping the pan reverse .
