The reason why we are not afraid to be called as "poor country". For we all know that the real wealth is not just the money that we have. It's the good value, traditions and the people we have is our own real wealth that other countries don't have. We have the LOVE and FAITH that everyone always forgot. Being a Filipino is not just a nationality rather a Family.

Yes, that's true Jez guapa ☺ even we're hungry and one of our brother is hungry and no food, we share our food to them, even foreigners are treated like royals generously and if you're in need, locals will ran to you together to help and some call others as well to help. If youre a white foreigner, its easy. But if youre a filipino knocking on a filipino door? They will welcome you specially in the province area where people are mostly good but not so in the city.

There was a time when Spain owned one-half of the.planet - Portugal owns the other half - but wasn't able to hold on to it for very long. What you did manage to keep for a while - 350 years, was the Philippines, longer than you kept Mexico, I think.You should definiitely visit here first. If not for anything, just to see why you steadfastly held on to some islands on the other side of the globe, figjhting off Dutch and British invaders who tried taking its main city Manila and eventually building a wall around it, that still stands today (well, a part of it as the wall was severely damaged during WW2), and which you need to see when you come visit. Until then, stay safe Jez 🌺🌺

Well most of it are just be careful when you ride some tricycles some may over charge you or taxis. If in doubt ask the locals or a security guard first. You'll find security guards every where.
