He doesn't really come in clutch in his actual fights . Hes lost alot by playing that roll. But still great nonetheless. He is great as sparring partner but in fight he been getting beaten

The most important thing that I see in this sparrings sessions until this moment is that nobody wants anybody get hurt. They spar with 70-80% power. With this method, you can learn, relax and boost your confidence.

Nice vid man... crisp techniques without anyone getting hurt.. remembered people getting alot of injuries from gym wars.. or someone with a big ego headhunting....noone learns anything getting a beatdown..

@1:24 and on. this is how I feel against most.. can't get going, keep getting touched up and stalled. Props to him for letting it be filmed. I found a good "cheat" is to have way better cardio than guys that are much more skilled

cardio is great for outworking when you know you can push further you can go into some deep waters when fighting, sparring, training etc.

no its possible your computer is struggling with 50fps. press stop and play again should be ok hopefully. 50fps is much smoother but if a lot are having problems i may start putting out lower frame rates
