They have haas models for 2016, 2017, and now 2018. Both spark and minichamps

Yes it is true. The Minichamps' wheels don't rotate either though. Both are resin models and ususally the wheels don't rotate then.

No, dont rotate but it must be keep in mind that they are ultra detailed scale models, they have very fragile antennas and parts. They must be handled with care as they are not toys.

Yes, the Spark model can be unscrewed from the wooden base / plinth.
