I love the color of the turquoise amethyst beads. These earrings work well and look beautiful. Clear instructions I was able to finish the earrings in a short amount of time. it took me two hours with some interruptions here and there. If I focused and closed out the world I would say it would take me about an hour or less. I love it when I can whip out a project in an hour. I am still looking forward to the lace necklace. I believe it shall be beautiful. This little necklace will too. I am, however, partial to the lace. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to make these earrings.
Rhonda Williams you are very welcome, I love quick projects too. Sit down and whip it out, still have time to clean the house...ugh!on second thought, maybe, I like long projects better!😜I plan on finishing the lace necklace this coming weekend 😁
Just finished one - looks GREAT!! Please do the necklace, also. Are those tube beads crimp beads or actual tube beads? I can't find them - where did you purchase them, please? Thank you!
I tried googling Miyuki Mykonos to no avail. I know a Japanese designer said she orders her bugle beads directly from a Japanese site but I don't think those are available in the U.S. Those are better quality and don't abraid thread so badly.
Well, I found some on Etsy, but you could try a search for tube spacer beads, there are cylindrical beads in ceramic, metal and so, but are different sizes, just try to find something close to 4 x5mm size. Anything close will work, a short fat bugle madeof anything pretty.
