With the winter months approaching, the sparrow hawks are back out and looking for some juicy pigeons. Unfortunately for me and many other pigeon fanciers around the country, our Birmingham Roller Pigeons are normally the dinner for these predators. This is a heart breaking experience for many of us and there’s little or nothing that can be done to save us these troubles in our hobby. Watch as this sparrow hawk circles my house, diving in and out of my kit of rollers but thankfully, leaves empty handed this time. Commentary from my kids and myself.
