Great video! That is a gorgeous T-14 Martin house! As for the house sparrows - you definitely need to eliminate them by either shooting or trapping, or they're going to continue to torment your Martins. If shooting is not an option, you can buy insert traps specifically for your T-14. If you go that route, I would highly recommend making a hole size reducer, with something like a sour cream container lid or the like. What you're wanting to do is make the entrance into the compartment with the trap too small for the Martins to enter, but still allowing the house sparrows to enter.
