Just what I needed! 👍 Now I know what to expect. A few days ago I've signed up for next year's Super in Grantham. Not sure if going for 10k instead of 5k, as my first Spartan race was the best decision, but hey, give me that extra challenge please 😅 Can't wait 😁😁 but until then a few marathons are waiting in line 🤦💪 Thanks for the video & congrats for finishing! 👍💪🙂
"train" is a very subjective word. But if you want to prepare for one, I'd suggest any form of "functional fitness" type gym classes. I really enjoy doing bootcamps / rig classes wheres there's things like box jumps, farmers carries, etc etc.
