If the toxicology report says there was no poison in the snacks that were allegedly eaten by kids it simply means there is a bigger problem in the country. Media and other are only focusing on the spaza shops owned by foreign nationals. 6 pupils in eastern cape died after consuming porridge bought from Spar shop, no one talked about that because its spar and it's white people. There is something wrong somewhere and the government must figure it out... Coz its sad little innocent lives future of tomorrow is being lost at a tender age and it must not continue . but to blame it all on foreign nationals that's disingenuous .

Yet the locals have been buying from there for years. Now we talk about toilet water expired items being illegal etc. Why was this not stopped years ago. Cant rule out that kids died from something, but neither can we ignore that locals were supporting them for years. So crooks supported crooks

Why would a South African lab, given a task by the Gauteng and National Health departments, fail to uphold ethical and professional standards? It was tested using public funds, isn't it? No conspiracy theories, just better, accountability from the government. Then what was found, if not poison? what actually unlived the kids? Did they take samples from the kids stomach? So now the snacks are as healthy as spinach??

But the children, I believe, did not have enough money to buy those fried chips. Fries are R15- R20, and from my understanding, 1 mother said she gave her child an R1, and even when his friends collapsed in the street, he told his mother his friends ate snacks from the spaza shop. Rather, follow the story, especially when parents spoke about that exact event of the day. It was on the news.
