As a upright bassist, i also find that slanting towards a corner/ wall.. the Bass projects louder and Blends well with everyone in the jam.. well sometimes.. it Recorded Well.. so im assuming everyone could hear him fine... Or he maybe thought he was Drowning out Everyone!! I can see that also happening.. a loud bass cant hide much.. 🤘
