This is my postpartum recovery story! I had Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction (SPD), also known as Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP) during my pregnancy and I was initially fine after giving birth but two days later things changed and my symptoms became so acute that I found I was unable to walk. It has been a scary and traumatic recovery!
