I disagree. Courtney never said she knew Kandi (per the person in the background on Kandi's team), but Kandi went and relayed that back to people. I'm sure if Kandi misheard that, she probably assumed Courtney used her name to get on the show. The info got back to Courtney that Kandi was telling people that Courtney said she knew her, and she didn't know her. So she addressed it as she should have. Kandi literally did what that lady said she did. Courtney was just making it clear she doesn't have to use Kandi's name for clout as she is successful in her own right imo.

@Shay Kay I don't have a problem with her asking Kandi. The problem was her energy, trying to check her on something that Kandi said she didn't say or do. Situations escalate.....not b/c of what you say....but HOW you say it. Courtney came with bad energy, with all the hand motions, head bobbing, tone, and invading personal space. I don't necessarily agree. Kandi already had her Kandi Coated team to execute her endeavors on her behalf. She was a celebrity before she got with Todd, which he knew. Now he wants her to use her team (connections and finances) to fulfill his dreams. At the end of the day Kandi's business is going to get handled whether Todd is there or not. It's false equivalency for him to equate the role he plays in helping her out to the role she plays when helping him out.
