Thank you for this Mark. Things have been dark recently, I lost two close friends within a day of eachother, and a week or so later my best friend who was helping guide me through it all was found deceased unexpectedly in her home. Just a month before coming to visit me for the first time :( Nothing really feels real. I'm coping but my gosh I'm tired 😩
