Remember that Greg Fergus has been in violation of the Ethics commission prior to becoming the speaker of the house. He has a history of being biased towards the opposition.

MP Rachael Thomas' words " I withdraw " were edited out of the official House of Commons transcript . This was a cover up for Greg Fergus' . That was the last straw , Fergus needs to resign . .

100% correct. Where is the explanation or investigation of the QP Hansard transcripts being altered as per Thomas ejection. Altering official transcript documents of the House of Parliment proceedings is against the law. Someone intentionally altered the transcripts as Thomas pointed out in her complaint? How is that investigation going Fergus?

Why was Freeland not given a day in the park? If you say something in the house, it is said, even if you withdraw it, whomever was watching still heard and understood the words. In the old days, at school, if you said something offside in class, the teacher did not give you the chance to withdraw. You chose your words, and you are held accountable in that moment. Takesee-Backsee is on the playground, for children. Are we saying parliamentarians are children. I think that is what we are saying here.

The house have the direct opposition party that is demanding the speakers removal should not even be a topic requiring any discussion. They have valid arguments and they have already been gracious enough for allowing the speaker a chance to learn and change which sadly he has not only not learned…he breached his oath of position much further without any remorse
