Unfortunately, Congress makes laws, and this is the reason our founders created three separate branches of powers in our government ....Executive branch, that can not make laws, the Legislative branch to make laws, and the Judicial branch to interpret law. The Executive and Legislative branches can not overturn Court rulings. Only the Appellate or Supreme Court can overturn rulings. In this case, the Executive branch is manipulating the Judicial branch, to twist the law to persecute their opponents, usurping powers from the Judicial and Legislative branches. That, in itself, is a Constitutional violation of powers, under "color of law". In order for this to be overturned, the case must be FILED in the Appellate and/or Supreme Courts. There are so many cases that come their way that they cannot possibly hear every case. The Supreme Court will attempt to hear "big" cases that truly threaten our Constitutional foundation.
Also, this is the reason that President Trump left "mandates", lockdowns, etc., for the Covid Plannedemic, up to individual state' Governors and Legiskators, to honor "States' rights". The Executive branch, and the Federal government should not usurp State's powers. A "mandate" is not a "law". The Governor of a state, does not have power to make laws, only the Legislators can, so they caledl them "mandates". These Governors call out these "events" as a "State of Emergency", so that they can temporarily usurp Legislator's powers. A State of Emergency is only supposed to last no longer than 60 (or 90??) Days ... and then the powers go back to Legislators. But, some Governors kept extending the State of Emergency orders, or just ignoring the time limit laws. During President Trump's term, he attempted, on many occasions to not interfere in State's rights, to stop the Executive branch from usurping powers that they should not exercise. People kept blaming President Trump for the lockdowns and "mandates". But, that is not Constitutionally, the President's realm of power. Nowadays, the Executive branch (President), uses "Executive Orders" to usurp power to make laws, but that is not truly "legal or legitimate".

Greetings from Guatemala. i am waiting to see which if any actions American people take to encourage the US Supreme Court to review this Bragg trial case. Will the action be - posting a request on the Supreme Court website, or maybe something a bit more dramatic like thousands of currently elected politicians from both the Federal and State level, holding a press conference in front of the Supreme Court. Does anybody have a good idea for how to get the Supreme Court to take up this case.
