Indeed. And people didn’t listen. I have learned, many people don’t listen ‘until they have to.’ Meaning when it affects something and/or someone they care about. Johnson can’t force the FBI or DOJ, which Garland heads, to prosecute Garland! At least not until and if Trump wins in Nov., and puts his own people into those Department jobs! State courts can find people, not "the" federal government, in federal government, personally liable for damages caused by people using the courts or government to circumvent the deportation of illigal immigrants and leaving them on the state streets or damages caused by thier continued illigal conduct. The charges are for each individual illigal alien. Not a case law that doesn't apply to each individual circumstance to make it convient for thier ongoing criminal venture. The state court jury trials will determine who is doing thier jobs. Biden gave away 100 billion dollars a year after getting elected for NAtO's lie. It's not hard to prove the federal courts held one crime in abeyance ( illigal immigration ) to commit another crime, knowing Congress never appropriated funds in any program for the federal courts criminal venture for the Biden Administration to act on, at the scope they have acted on. Over 33 million illigal immigrants. 7 million under the Biden Administration alone. Showing up at the border unannounced is no documentation for any court to act on. The courts knowingly abused power for the criminal venture of imposing thier criminal will by making it appear it was vetting people.
