@@hunter1x he's not speaking Arabic, he's speaking chaldean/assyrian Aramaic. He never calls it arabic in video but he calls it arabic in title to reach out for more people and since no one will know what his language is
@@hunter1x He's speaking assyrian/chaldean. The ppl are indigenous to Mesopotamia so not many people know of us. Arabic is similar to Aramaic as they are both Semitic languages :)
For those of you who are confused, this is not arabic it's actually a language called Aramaic(chaldean/assyrian) it's a language that is indigenous to Assyrians/modern day Chaldeans. Aramaic and Arabic are two different languages of the Semitic language family so there are many similarities yet many differences to thr point where arabs(mainly iraqi) will only catch very few words.
@@WOLFGANG-BOZKURTyou dumb? Arab n Turkish are two different Languages from 2 different Language families, Arab n Aramiac (what Faze Rug speaks) is in the Afro-Asiatic language family tree, while Turkish is in the Turkic Language family tree.
I don’t know what their talking about cus this is not ARABIC! Yes, all middle eastern countries have different dialogues of Arabic but we can still understand each other.
Tbh I can understand all Arabic dialects as well as MSA and I can’t recognise the dialect he’s speaking for me it’s like gibberish with few Arabic words
@@ahmedrahman4892 yeah Chaldean is pretty different from Arabic but does have a few words that are similar. It’s a Semitic language of its own just like Hebrew and Arabic. It also doesn’t help that Rug, brandon and Junior have very American accents.
@@Turkmen_Shah_ Modern Standard Arabic it’s called “fusha” it’s the Arabic dialect that is used in the media , books , formal events , schools , poetry …etc in the middle east and North Africa every arab can speak it and understand it from childhood
For real, do more videos like this. It's so funny seeing the reaction of your friends because they don't understand what you're saying. Plus I love seeing people speak their native language. I didn't cringe at all seeing this. I laughed very hard with Noah's reaction when Rug asked if they were going to eat something or not.
@@jocccelynn I wouldn’t say that, he did it as clickbait unfortunately. He shouldn’t put what it really was, our language is dying and to bring awareness to our cause would’ve been a great thing.
Yo it’s crazy how similar the language is to Arabic but also while being totally different 😮 like u can recognize a lot of the words and the grammar/conjugation structure but without being able to actually understand most of what he’s saying 😆 cool to hear
I really like that you speak Chaldean. You should do it more often. Don’t lose your roots rug. Know where your blood runs. I completely forgot my language due to not learning it often. But yeah I would like it if you do more videos like that.😎 -biggest fan
@@AssyrianFire We're all aware that its Neo-Aramaic. But just like you said yourself you're 'Assyrian'. That's what we say now. You don't go around saying you're 'Neo-Aramaic'.
i love when people from different cultures speak their languages, its so beautiful and to see u talk with ur family made me smile, this video is definately my fav, u should have a challenge with your family and see who can stay in the longest without speaking english. pleeeeeeeeeeeease
10:15 I love how Noah took his chance and asked Brian how to say hurry up in his language and Noah was like hurry up to the cashier 😂😂 Noah never fails to make us laugh 😂😊I love Noah’s hair tbh 🥰😂❤️it’s rlly nice
I feel so proud because I speak the same language and I don't have to keep looking at the lyrics because I understand what he is saying (btw Assyrian is my first language) :) love your vids
Okay but idk why i’ve been waiting for rug to post a video of him speaking his language and i find it so interesting especially when hearing anthony since we don’t hear him speaking it as much !! we for sure need more vids like this !! Also let’s talk about how blonde Noah suits him 😎
Imagine a second channel called Rug Faze 2 - where he does a segment called “Learning with Rug”. And he teaches Chaldean and other various Arabic things.
Chaldean isn’t Arabic, but it would be great if brought some awareness and started teaching it. It’s a dying language and putting Arabic in the title doesn’t help.
I literally had a smile on my face this whole video, made me happy seeing you guys have the same dialect of chaldean as I do! I loved it and I love how you put you show your culture in your videos. I hope you never lose your chaldean because inshallah one day you’re gonna teach your kids how to speak it
I loved this video! What a beautiful culture and language, I would love to see more content like this! Maybe one where Brian wears the traditional clothing
You should do a video dedicated to informing people of your ethnicity. I think it would be super fun as well as educational. Many people don’t know anything about the culture. For instance, food, or common holidays. Just an idea :) As always, love your energy and your videos 💗
This was cool. Especially when you spoke in your language. Language barriers can frustrate people so much but it was interesting to see them trying to work things out.
I love you faze you helped me through such a hard time I cried a lot but when I started watching u I found out not all people are mean some are nice like you who love positivity
I speak Armenian and my language actually sounds a bit similar to chaldean. I understood a few words and i found out tolma is a traditional food we like to eat. Very interesting to find out i have a few things in common with faze rug👍🏻
Hey faze I know this like 2 years apart but I just wanna say whenever I speak my language faris since I am afghan people laugh at me not knowing a single thing and I feel sad so I don’t really say it your brave my guy
I’ve never heard that language before it’s really fascinating to here I love other languages it’s so interesting to here the languages from all places around the world
