No matter how much I do practise this part of the exam, I cannot do it properly. I am accustomed to speaking english daily, teaching international students online, and attending clases with a native teacher who is marvellous and whom I communicate perfectly with without even thinking, but the moment I am given the images, I almost panic, and have a hard time talking about them naturally. I am well aware I don't surpass B2 level while asked, but I am almost C2 when talking out of the practises. I don't know I can do, my mind is sabotaging me.

@@JSRenow54 yeah, thank you I didn't mean to stop you by word, so sorry but I advise you to continue but I want to advise you is paramount ( important for yourself) " I advise you to read Book ( Holy Quran) that book we learn and read it .i recommend you Believe me you will be happy if you hear and do and your heart mind do that as I say.. I feel I can speak naturally but when I do the speaking exam I usually feel a bit nervous and I start repeating some words or making mistakes. I guess it's normal so the best way to avoid this is practising

Yes. "Well" is a useful and common word to use in natural spoken English
