I prefer u shud start from the basic like kutsara, walis, tinapay, banyo. Put tagalog names on all ur things in the house so u can easily be familiar to it then next is connecting words like sa, duon, dito etc then action words like punta, aalis etc. Then ako, ikaw, and put it all together u can now a sentence.

It's past midnight here in Philippines now while watching your video. When you 2 get together,you always make jokes and laugh a lot on things you say & do. Sylvia, it's good that slowly you are learning to converse in simple talalog sentences. True,if Moy & your tutor is there always with you,& they are speaking in Tagalog, I'm sure you'll be able to learn faster.Now you translated correctly what you heard Moy & your tutor is talking about.That's 👍 great improvement. I just know the name Paula from your previous vlog when she cooked pancit for you but I didn't know it's Paula I've known from college and she plays football too.... since I saw her in Moy's vlog. hi sylvia, a little tutorial when using MAG or NAG,prefix MAG is mainly ephasizes to do or planning to do..like MAGSULAT means TO WRITE, while prefix NAG is already doing, like NAGSULAT means WRITING.. thats just how mainly MAG and NAG is used.. just ask MOY and JESS to have more filipino conversations so that you can learn much faster, and then teach moy more korean as well.. more power to your CHANNEL..

Even if I am Filipino, I dont know when to use the word NAKAKATAWA or NAKATATAWA and NAKAKATUWA or NAKATUTUWA. That is why I am amazed to Sylvia Kim because I think she will be more Filipino than me in the way of speaking hahaha. 언니 화이팅! ❣️

The "k" is softened when we speak fast or lazily, that's why it sounds like the Korean "g". But the sound is actually quite similar to the "ch" in "Bach". People don't notice it when they speak, but they do pronounce it that way. When you ask them to repeat the word they're going to remember the spelling so they're going to pronounce the word "properly", with the hard "k".

To be honest? I admire and appreciate this kind of video. There are a lot of vids out there that I feel like they are just pinoy baiting. I am not sure but that is how I feel towards other vids not all. I appreciate this one because a lot of foreigners who are here in the philippines and vloggers in and out of the country that doesn't try to speak our language when Filipinos wherever we are we make sure that we get along not only by their culture but also make sure that we do our best to speak their language. Sylvia is a sweet girl. I must admit at first i subscribed jess and moy first because i found them entertaining and their dorkiness is way beyond measure. I just found out sylvia’s channel and i could really say that she can handle her audience independently and very well. She is creative in her own ways and her purity and love for filipinos is very admirable. She has a very good smile. I wish her happiness in her life because she deserves better.
